Design + Engineering
Your Request is sent to our Design & Engineering department to determine structural design, dielines, vendors, and production processes.

Estimating and Quoting
We send you the Quote! If pricing is an issue, we try to negotiate a design change to meet the budget. Otherwise, you approve the quote and we build your physical custom prototype.

P.O. & Deposit
Our standard expectation for project deposit is 30% of material and labor cost, another advanced prototype extra set-up hard costs are going to be in the beginning , which includes dies, paltes, and tooling.

Artwork Templates
If the box is decorated with printing, a flat template file with instructions is sent for your design team to place artwork. When this file is returned, we are ready to schedule production.

What Is The Difference Between Digital And Offset Print?
a. Digital Print Digital printing technology allows for efficient and precise packaging production by utilizing specialized printers to directly print designs onto materials. This innovative process is similar to the way a regular desktop inkjet printer functions, but on a much larger and high-quality scale. With digital printing, packaging can achieve outstanding customization and uniqueness, resulting in a more visually appealing and efficient product. Lower print quality than offset printing. It does not require an additional tooling fee, making it more affordable for smaller quantity orders.
b. Offset Print Offset printing employs metal plates to apply multiple layers of color, resulting in exceptional image quality and greater cost-effectiveness when producing large quantities. Highest print quality. Recommended for high quantity orders due to additional tooling/setup fee

What Is CMYK?
CMYK stands for Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, and Black and is the color space commonly used within the printing industry. Before your packaging is sent to our manufacturing facilities for print, it is important that your artwork on our dielines are all in CMYK. Not converting your artwork properly to CMYK color mode will result in inaccurate color output since the printing press can only operate using CMYK colors.
How Do I Determine What Size Box I Need?
To ensure that you select the appropriate box size, begin by measuring the length, width, and depth of your product. To provide some flexibility for your product, add an additional 1/8 to 1/4 inch to each dimension. This will guarantee a secure fit for your product and will help prevent any damage during transportation.
What Choices Affect My Pricing?
Here are some of the choices that may affect the price of your packaging:
