Different cloud drives, one matter.
A report on your computer, data in Google Drive, photos in OneDrive and a delivery in Dropbox can belong to the same project. Keep the relationship clear without treating every file as a local bookmark.

The familiar problem
Moving every external file into a new service can break the workflow people already use.
Give this matter a clear story.
- 01
Identify which files are on your computer and which already live in external storage.
- 02
Put computer files into Packtell. Packtell manages the actual local files.
- 03
Connect external files by reference; Google Drive, OneDrive and Dropbox keep their actual files.
- 04
Keep sources, explanations and versions together in the same Package.
- 05
Before a handoff, check that the selected files can be obtained with the intended access.

External files stay where they are
Connected by referenceFuture: NAS · S3Come back without starting from guesses.
The project stays understandable even when its actual files occupy different locations.
Keep this in mind when you continue.
NAS and S3 are future connections. A connected source is not a backup; files with active external sources are excluded from Personal Backup.
If a file will not open
If a file will not open, check its device or storage, access and selected version. A visible name alone does not make the contents available.
