A move is weeks of decisions, not just a folder.
Viewings, quotes, the lease, a checklist, photos, receipts, repairs and the deposit all belong to the same move. Keep them together from the first decision to the last refund.

The familiar problem
After the boxes are unpacked, the paperwork is usually scattered again.
Give this matter a clear story.
- 01
Put local quotes and the lease into Packtell. Connect cloud-drive photos from their existing location.
- 02
Name the Package after this move and keep useful folders such as receipts and repairs.
- 03
Note which quote you chose, what the photos show and why each receipt matters.
- 04
Keep clear versions at signing, move-in and handover.
- 05
Return for a repair or deposit question with the signed lease and original photos in the same story.
Come back without starting from guesses.
Months after moving in, you can explain the condition of the home and what was handed over.
Keep this in mind when you continue.
Keeping a completed move understandable does not replace backing up the actual files.
If a file will not open
If a file will not open, check its device or storage, access and selected version. A visible name alone does not make the contents available.
