Do not let the final report lose its sources.
Papers, datasets, charts, analysis results, notes and reviewed drafts accumulate at different speeds. Keep them around the research question, so a later reader can follow the route to the conclusion.

The familiar problem
The chart is final, but nobody remembers which spreadsheet produced it.
Give this matter a clear story.
- 01
Name the Package after the research question and add the selected local materials.
- 02
Connect external datasets from their original storage and keep source details.
- 03
Record why you selected a source and which data version supports a figure.
- 04
Keep review versions and select the final report with its supporting files.
- 05
If AI helps review, provide the selected papers, data, draft and notes as one bounded task.
Come back without starting from guesses.
The final report remains connected to the data, sources and decisions that produced it.
What this is. Which version mattered. Why you decided.
Keep this in mind when you continue.
File integrity does not establish whether a source is truthful or a conclusion correct. Keep uncertain provenance visible.
If a file will not open
If a file will not open, check its device or storage, access and selected version. A visible name alone does not make the contents available.
